The Broadmoor Group is a full-service multifamily property management and investment firm based in St. Louis, Missouri led by an experienced group of professionals well versed in all aspects of property management, finance, property development and property acquisition. Founded in 1961 by Joseph O. Morrissey, Broadmoor has developed, acquired and operated over 17,000 multifamily units across the Midwest and Southeast since its’ inception. In addition to its’ core multifamily business, Broadmoor has also developed over $200 million of office, retail, hospitality and residential (SFR and condominium) assets. Broadmoor’s streamlined process has been constantly honed over the past 55 years as we have managed multifamily properties across all income spectrums.

Broadmoor is currently looking for urban infill value-add and suburban value-add acquisition opportunities throughout the St. Louis MSA and other select Midwestern and Southeastern markets.

Sarah Moran
Regional Director

Sarah Moran serves as the Regional Director at the Broadmoor Group, Inc. (BGI), overseeing all multifamily portfolio operations at the property level. Mrs. Moran has over twenty years experience in multifamily operations with expertise in operational strategy, financial performance, client relationships and team building.

Mrs. Moran joined BGI in 2021, most recently serving as Regional Director at a mid-sized property management firm with multifamily holdings throughout the Midwest. Sarah has extensive knowledge across all sectors of multifamily, having completed successful lease-up projects, stabilization of distressed assets, and improving performance at stabilized properties.

Mrs. Moran is active in the St. Louis Apartment Association and Institute of Real Estate Management and maintains the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designations.
